Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within our organisation. The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a dynamic work environment.

Duties

* Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
* Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
* Assist with data entry tasks using programmes such as CRMS and accounting softwares, Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for staff members
* Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality
* Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
* Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically to facilitate easy access to information
* Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows

Skills

* Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative procedures
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and QuickBooks
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
* Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail and confidentiality
* Ability to adapt quickly to new software programmes or administrative systems
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute positively to our organisation's success.

Pay: £12.21-£16.98 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 25 per week
