The Role:
We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our team. As part of our Housekeeping Team, your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and good order of all rooms to create a pleasant environment for our guests and team. You will also perform cleaning and maintenance of all storage areas, public areas, and employee areas to the required standard. Handling guest queries courteously and professionally, escalating as needed, and reporting any malfunctioning equipment, damaged furniture, or maintenance issues are also part of your duties. The guest experience is at the heart of everything we do, so a passion for providing excellent customer service is essential.
The Ideal Candidate:
We seek an enthusiastic Room Attendant with a passion for providing a positive guest experience. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. You should have excellent personal presentation and a strong work ethic. Being proactive, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service are key to ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay.
