Our client, a reputable multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership in Swansea, is seeking a skilled and professional Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team. The successful Parts Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the dealership's growth.

* Competitive salary up to £33,575 per annum, commensurate with experience

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
* Receive and process all parts orders accurately and efficiently
* Identify customer parts requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
* Pick and dispatch parts promptly, maintaining high standards of accuracy
* Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a courteous and professional manner
* Meet sales targets and contribute to parts department growth
* Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
* Utilise dealer management systems (Kerridge/CDK) and electronic parts catalogues effectively
* Assist and support the Parts Manager and team in daily operations
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
* Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a motor dealership or motor factor environment
* Knowledge of retail and trade parts sales processes
* Strong IT literacy, particularly with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
* Full UK driving licence with minimal points
* Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanour
* Ability to work accurately in a busy, targets-driven environment
* Reside within an easily accessible distance of Swansea
