We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a high standard of service while maintaining the smooth running of the hotel. Your role will involve supervising staff, addressing guest concerns, and implementing operational policies.
Duties
* Supervise daily operations to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
* Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
* Collaborate with various departments including housekeeping, front desk, and food services to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Manage staffing levels effectively, including scheduling and training new employees.
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Assist in human resources functions such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
* Maintain accurate records of operational activities and report any issues to senior management.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality industry is essential.
* Strong background in guest services with a commitment to excellence.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
* Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing and employee management is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
