Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected manufacturing company, to recruit a Service Administrator for a 3 month assignment working full time, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week This is an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of the department—handling customer enquiries, coordinating product deliveries and collections, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently. Key Responsibilities for the Service Administrator position: * Responding to customer enquiries about quotations, orders, products, and services. * Processing and coordinating product collection requests for repairs. * Providing accurate delivery date information to meet customer expectations. * Following up on outstanding quotations to convert leads into orders. * Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and preparing meeting rooms as required. * Maintaining and updating internal computer records and filing systems. * Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed. Candidate Requirements for the Service Administrator position: * Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks. * Comfortable using computer systems and updating records accurately. * A professional attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
