We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the smooth and efficient running of a busy warehouse operation.
Working closely with the Shift Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating daily warehouse activity, leading a team on the shop floor, and ensuring operational targets are met safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and manage a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Shift Manager in day-to-day warehouse operations
Lead, structure, and motivate your team to meet productivity and throughput targets
Allocate workloads to ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines
Monitor performance and ensure delivery of the daily shift plan
Manage attendance, timekeeping, return-to-work interviews, and absence processes
Carry out incident reporting, investigations, and disciplinary procedures when required
Identify operational issues and escalate appropriately to management
Maintain strong communication with the Shift Manager regarding tasks and updates
Actively promote and maintain Health & Safety compliance across the warehouse
Deputise for the Shift Manager during absence or holidays
Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor (80–90% of shift)
Identify training needs and support team development
Lead by example and uphold company standards and behaviours
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Experience managing teams, including 1-2-1s and performance reviews
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and best practice
Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail
Competent IT skills
