As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and spearheading growth initiatives across Leeds and beyond.
The Sales Development Representative is a key role within our Sales Team, being a forward-facing sales professional focussing on New Business opportunity qualifying only.
Our SDR's hold a positive personality and have the ability to spot new business opportunities. You will work within a specific sector that you will become an expert in. We are searching for an individual who can show eagerness to learn about Visualsoft's clients in the field. You will then use this knowledge to convince potential clients during discovery phone calls that Visualsoft is the best provider for their eCommerce platform and digital marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
1. Identify key strategic prospects for Visualsoft to partner with
2. Research the prospect to have relevant and meaningful conversations with them
3. Master telephone discovery conversations with prospects
4. Nurture and develop relationships with prospects until a time that is live opportunity is identified
5. Use industry knowledge to spot and maximise any opportunity to bring on new business
6. Work to targets and set KPIs on a daily, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
New Business Growth
7. Work with the wider Sales Team of BDMs to help achieve the overall Sales Team target
Department KPIs
8. Hit the monthly target for new leads generated for the BDMs to work to convert to new business.
Sales Support
9. Be a point of contact for the new business team with regards to new client pitches and tender processes.
Escalations
10. Any issues would be raised immediately with the Affiliate Sales Manager to address if there were any complaints at a prospect level.

11. A proven track record of achieving individual and team targets
12. Attention to detail for accurate note taking and record keeping
13. Keen to learn and to be coached.
14. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
15. Strong workload management and prioritisation skills

21. Previous experience of using a CRM system.
