The ideal candidate for our Regional Content Manager role is passionate about researching and writing great content. They will be responsible for proposing and writing English language copy for global marketing campaigns, including blogs, landing pages, thank you emails, social media posts, and other assets. They will also that responsibility for content management on our website; researching, writing, and publishing resources relevant for our audience.
This role will involve close collaboration with the content team, our wider marketing and sales teams, as well as our operations and service delivery teams.
The candidate should possess strong writing, editing, and research skills, while also excelling at creating and implementing detailed content processes, analyzing and solving complex problems, and working as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Planning, researching, and writing high quality content, including blog articles, white papers, landing pages, and other content marketing materials
* Working with our website CMS to upload, publish, and maintain content.
* Support the creation, scheduling and release of in-house and co-branded webinars.
* Developing and adhering to content guideline materials to create consistent and relevant content that serves our audience.
* Building, maintaining and improving detailed content processes to ensure that all our content remains up-to-date and accurate.
* Staying current on industry best practices and monitoring the activities of competitor websites.
* Deliver upon agreed performance targets within budget.
* Manage and monitor PR agencies and external content development.
About You
* Native-level proficiency in English
* 1-2 years writing and copy-editing experience — preferably B2B — with the samples to prove it.
* Experience of working with content management systems.
* The ability to manage several projects at the same time, prioritizing and assigning resources accordingly and adhering to deadlines.
* Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic team and communicate content strategies.
* Keen on using tools that can improve internal processes and content creation, such as AI tools for copy, image, audio and video creation.
