Job Description
IC Resources is currently working with a Hereford based client who require an experienced Project Manager for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be required to lead business transformation and process implementation initiatives.
The role will focus on introducing structured processes, procedures, and governance, driving change management, and resolving complex business issues using a consultancy-led approach.
6-month contract | outside IR35 | Hereford | onsite 4 days/week
Key requirements:
* Proven Project Manager with strong consulting experience
* Expertise in process implementation, operating models, and frameworks
* Strong change management and transformation background
* Ability to apply recognised consultancy and project methodologies
* FAPM / APM Practitioner qualification highly desirable
This is a hands-on role suited to a contractor who excels at bringing structure, best practice, and measurable improvement into organisations.
