We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Junior Marketing Manager to join a dynamic marketing team supporting brand growth and campaign delivery.
Working across a full marketing mix, the Junior Marketing Manager will contribute to brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation and events. This is a varied and hands‑on role involving collaboration with creative teams and external partners.
As a Junior Marketing Manager you will support exhibitions, photoshoots and marketing activations, helping bring products to life in real‑world environments while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual with strong project management and communication skills, looking to develop their career in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
DUTIES
* Campaign Planning and Execution: Support the development and delivery of annual marketing and brand plans.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on campaign effectiveness against objectives.
* Events and Exhibitions Support: Assist with planning, set‑up and delivery of marketing events and displays.
* Content Creation: Produce engaging content for digital channels, email campaigns and communications.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
* Sales Tools Development: Create materials to support both customer engagement and sales activity.
* Social Media Management: Support the delivery of effective social media strategies and campaigns.
* Creative Collaboration: Work with creative teams on video content, blogs and promotional materials.
* PR Coordination: Liaise with external agencies to maximise press and media opportunities.
* Brand Ambassador Engagement: Support communication and coordination with brand representatives.
* Marketing Asset Management: Prepare and organise marketing materials for events and campaigns.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
* Proven experience in marketing campaigns, digital marketing or brand management.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage budgets effectively.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of marketing trends, tools and best practice.
* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Comfortable with a hands‑on role including event set‑up and outdoor activity.
DESIRABLE
* Interest in outdoor activities such as camping.
* Experience with email marketing platforms.
* Knowledge of digital advertising campaigns.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools.
