Job Description
Your main responsiblilities wil include;
Preparing and assessing subcontractor applications and payments
Assist in preparing and submitting interim applications and variations
Assist in cost reporting and forecasting
Supporting contract administration
Working collaboratively with site teams and clients
Assist in identifying and managing commercial risks
Assist in tendering works
Requirements
A qualification (HNC, HND or degree) in Quantity Surveying
A full UK Driving Licence
A working knowledge of Microsoft software such as word, excel
Strong attention to detail
Good communication sklls and able to build working relationships with clients and site teams.
Desirable (but not essential)
CSCS Card
Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure
NEC Contract knowledge
Past experience working on cable install projects
Programming experience
