Job Title: Area Sales and Account Manager
Location: Defined Area
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm, 35 hours per week
Reporting to: Sales Director

Purpose:
The Area Sales Manager plays a vital role in developing sustained growth in the commercial market. The ASM will be responsible for the management, development, and growth of a strong network of loyal customers in their area. The ASM will understand customer needs and work with other company departments to provide the support needed for growth.
Main Duties:
1. Identify and target potential business clients, including builders, contractors, and retailers, through market research and networking.
2. Generate qualified leads and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities.
3. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding client needs, challenges, and objectives.
4. Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals, ensuring all aspects of the deal align with company objectives and policies.
6. Provide exceptional post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
