Your main responsibility will be to support the implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM), a large-scale change programme that aims to centralise business and support functions. You will play a pivotal role in managing people initiatives, conducting job evaluations, and ensuring effective change management. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the go-to person for advice, guidance, and support on all HR matters related to the TOM project.
