Job Title: Business Delivery Lead – MunitionsLocation: GlascoedSalary: £66,000 depending on skills and experience plus executive packageWhat you’ll be doing:Managing the day-to-day business of the delivery stream including collation of review packs, coordination of demand forecasting in BRP, identification and management of Business RiskOverseeing the Project management office and project controls across delivery areas, ensuring effective, challenging performance reviews, while managing and maintaining Delivery Streams’ project management toolsets in collaboration with the Head of IM&TActing as a single point of contact for functional implementation and/or business improvement activities that are deployedEnsuring that applicable Project Management & Control governance, assurance and processes are followed based on own knowledge of Project Management and acts as a key integrator between Business Delivery Leads and Business Operations at a Line of Business levelAccountable for PM functional budget and accurate PM IBP projectionsResponsible for Business Project Reporting at all levels, BU, Sector and Group and monitoring PM functional cost managementDeveloping and actively managing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersWorking collaboratively with other senior leaders across BAE and the Customer enterprise.
