About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Operations Coordinator to join our Partner Finance Operations team. Sitting within a small, specialist team, this role plays a key part in delivering high-quality support for Partner Finance queries, particularly those relating to historic transactions and partner lending. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, helping ensure good customer outcomes, strong partner confidence and effective risk and control management across the Partner Finance proposition.
What you’ll be doing
1. Delivering BAU Partner Finance query support within agreed SLAs, risk and control frameworks
2. Case managing Partner Finance queries of varying complexity, including historic BSP/CT transactions, partner lending queries and complex transfer activity
3. Accurately triaging new queries, managing stakeholder expectations and identifying the correct execution pathway
4. Acting as a recognised SME on Partner Finance queries, policies and processes, including Consumer Duty and Conflict of Interest considerations
5. Supporting the maintenance and development of Standard Operating Procedures and the team Skills Matrix
6. Building strong working relationships with FMT, divisional teams and admin centres to ensure a smooth pipeline of work
7. Providing technical SME support for Power BI dashboards, MI reporting and automated tools within Partner Finance Operations
8. Supporting training and development of colleagues across relevant Partner Finance processes
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced operations professional with strong Partner Finance knowledge and a proactive, collaborative approach. You’ll be comfortable handling complex queries, advising stakeholders and balancing commercial considerations with regulatory and customer outcomes. A confident communicator, you’ll bring attention to detail, resilience and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Essential skills and experience
9. Experience working in a customer operations environment with a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement
10. High level of competency in MS Excel and experience using Salesforce and My Practice
11. Ability to manage complex cases, analyse data and communicate clearly with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
12. Good understanding of Consumer Duty and Conflict of Interest requirements
Desirable skills
13. Experience managing workflow and case management within Salesforce
14. Experience using Power BI and/or SQL, or a strong willingness to learn and develop these skills
