We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management to identify new opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
The Responsibilities of this role include:
* All aspects of admin including Answering Phones, Dealing with Emails
* Selling our products and services, including upselling and cross selling.
* Seek new business opportunities by contacting and cultivating relationships with potential customers through various channels.
* Meet/Exceed company targets
* Proactively manage prospects to generate new leads using our internal CRM System.
* Develop strategies to identify prospects, manage the sales process, and acquire new business.
* Plan a wide range of innovative marketing activities
* Drive revenue and growth projections
We are looking for someone who:
* Has excellent Customer Service
* Is confident when conducting a phone call and have an excellent telephone manner
* Can strive working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Has the ability to listen to our customers' needs
* Good organisational skills
* Has the ability to multitask and prioritise deadlines
* Has good knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
