HR Payroll and Benefits Analyst Financial Services Firm 1 Year Fixed- Term Contract -London Up to £60k Excellent benefits TigerHR are delighted to partner with a leading investment bank in their search for an International Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join their Corporate function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment to gain exposure across multiple international jurisdictions within a high-performing, collaborative team. The Role Reporting into the International Payroll & Benefits team, the Analyst will support the accurate and timely delivery of payroll and benefits across EMEA, working closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders. The role will also provide exposure to immigration and mobility processes. Key Responsibilities Payroll Assist with monthly payroll preparation for the UK and international locations Upload monthly payslips and year-end tax documents into Workday Administer pension schemes, including reconciliations and contribution uploads Maintain HMRC reconciliations and support statutory reporting requirements Respond to payroll-related employee queries Support year-end payroll reporting and ad hoc payroll projects Liaise with third-party tax and financial advisors, sharing documentation securely Benefits Support administration of employee benefits across EMEA, including healthcare, pensions, and insurance plans Assist with benefits enrolment for new joiners and process changes for existing employees Manage monthly administration of supplementary benefits (e.g. vouchers, allowances) Reconcile benefits invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation Coordinate mandatory health assessments where required Maintain organised benefits documentation and respond to ad hoc requests Immigration & Compliance Update visa status and reports within Workday Support right-to-work checks and first-day compliance requirements Assist with quarterly and statutory immigration reporting You will have: You’ll be a highly motivated and detail-oriented payroll professional with a strong academic or payroll qualification background. You’ll bring 2 years’ payroll experience in Financial Services, ideally with exposure to Workday, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong organisational, communication and MS Office skills are essential, along with a professional, discreet approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
