 
        TASK REQUIREMENTS The Exec SR2 is responsible for the smooth running of the Base Duty Watch Organisation and workforce co-ordination. Exec SR2 assists Exec SR1 in Departmental output as directed by BXO, 1Lt and BWO. Tasking not related to Baseline / PCL Responsible for the timely output of DSR, DLH and DAB rosters in consultation with Departmental Co-ordinators within the HMNB Clyde site, in accordance with ClySOs for which the post-holder is responsible to review the Duty Organisation Chapter. To compile and monitor joiners and leavers to the base, ensuring that accurate workforce lists are compiled and that the induction process is followed. Respond to trawls and requests for workforce ensuring timely responses for valid requests are serviced (as appropriate). Assisting Exec SR1 and supervising WACCO3 in conducting Estate Rounds, formal and adhoc, and ensuring shortfalls are recorded on the Exec Log and reported to Babcock Customer Services. The post-holder is to liaise with Customer Services to chase outstanding jobs to completion. Responsible for the Resolution Room area. Overseeing WACCO3 in the booking of the facility and ensuring the facility remains fit for purpose. 6. As an Executive Senior Rate to undertake administrative and practical tasks as detailed by Exec SR1/BWO/1st Lt/ BXO. To plan and co-ordinate HMNB Clyde Poppy Scotland participation and ensure full base wide coverage, publicity and accountability. To assist SR Exec 1 with the coordination and running of all 1*and below visits and events. To represent HMNB Clyde at external functions or events, including Augmentation for guards, ceremonial, representation and similar requirements. 10. To attend all Executive Departmental Meetings. To perform the duties of the Neptune Duty Naval Base Senior Rate as rostered and at short notice. To act as the lead for coordination, delivery and administration of the HMNB Clyde Induction brief. To act as the lead for the coordination, delivery and administration of HMNB Clyde mandatory training.
