What You’ll Do: We’re looking for a proactive and commercially sharp Senior Client Solutions Manager to help us convert opportunities. The successful candidate will be a strong writer and organiser, with broad digital knowledge and experience in agency or consultancy environments. They will work alongside our subject-matter experts to shape compelling, strategic and creatively packaged proposals that reflect client needs and help win new work. This is a delivery-focused role - perfect for someone with a “doer” mindset who thrives on making things happen and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. PLEASE NOTE: This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To: Key responsibilities include prospecting and triaging leads, managing the turnaround of compelling proposals and developing smart resource plans to deliver on client needs. Lead the creation of proposals, RFP responses and pitch materials - managing inputs from across the business, coordinating deadlines and ensuring the quality and consistency of output. Triaging and prioritising inbound opportunities, alongside developing outbound approaches (working closely with senior leadership) Prioritise high-value opportunities - investing time where we’ve validated fit and commercial potential. Confident saying no or simplifying effort/output where required. Work with internal experts (content, creative, platform & tech, CRM & martech etc) to craft joined-up solutions for prospective clients, translating rightsholder needs into smart delivery plans. Apply critical thinking to every proposal - understanding what will win each pitch and tailoring the narrative, credentials and solution accordingly. Manage and track BD pipeline activity, ensuring opportunities are followed up and moved forward at pace. Take a resourceful, pragmatic approach to proposal development - reusing and refining past materials, case studies and decks where possible to move quickly without compromising quality. Work quickly and well - adapting tone and structure to suit different client needs, while maintaining strategic clarity and creative polish. Help maintain pitch/proposal best practice – developing reusable assets and templates, credentials decks, boilerplate copy and case studies. Support the broader BD strategy by contributing to new proposition development, productising and packaging services and identifying growth opportunities. Build relationships across the wider group to unlock internal referrals and opportunities to offer added value to IMG clients. You Will Have The Following Strengths: Experience in a digital agency or consultancy (ideally in a BD, client services or solutions oriented role). Strong understanding of digital channels, tools, platforms and trends - particularly in CRM, content & creative, paid media and digital marketing. Demonstrable ability to write and deliver compelling winning solutions in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Commercially-minded - understands the levers of revenue, profitability and client value. High level of proficiency in PowerPoint, able to combine compelling messaging with an eye for visual cues (using visual hierarchy and design to support key messages). Experience managing competitive tenders and coordinating inputs from multi-disciplinary teams. Possesses a strong network of contacts at major sports rightsholders A self-starter who gets stuck in - strong initiative and confident taking ownership of deliverables. A “fast operator” - can process briefs quickly, gather inputs efficiently and deliver tailored proposals under pressure Output-focused - thrives on getting high-quality work out the door at pace. Exceptionally organised - thrives in environments with multiple moving parts. Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communicator and writer - clear, concise and persuasive. A team player who can collaborate across seniority levels and disciplines. Excellent client facing skills, in presentation, delivery and engagement. Attention to detail - particularly in writing, design and client comms. Calm under pressure, deadline-oriented and comfortable managing ambiguity.
