You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring parts and product support requests are handled efficiently and accurately through internal systems.This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage enquiries via helpdesk systemsSupport with part identification and cross-referencing against BOMsAssist in sourcing required parts through internal and external suppliersLiaise with internal departments and external suppliersSupport credit investigations and related queriesParticipate in customer service calls and identify improvement opportunitiesAssist with new product launch preparationSupport engineering change order processes related to partsRequirementsMinimum GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Maths (Grade C or above)Experience working in a busy office or customer service environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloadExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to work independently and manage deadlinesDesirable SkillsExperience within engineering, manufacturing, or heavy equipment sectorsFamiliarity with parts, BOMs, or technical product supportBenefits:Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund Performance BonusWHJS1_NI
