Overview
As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior HR Operations Manager to lead the charge in shaping our HR operations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive operational excellence, lead a small but mighty team, and collaborate across the business to deliver best-in-class HR processes, policies, and systems. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead and inspire a team of two, working closely with the wider HR function and key stakeholders to deliver seamless HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and pay structures
* Managing our company vehicle fleet in line with safety and commercial standards
* Enhancing our total benefits offering to attract and retain top talent
* Leading annual HR processes including surveys and pay reviews
* Overseeing payroll operations and mitigating business risk
* Building strong relationships with internal teams, external providers, and trade unions
* Ensuring pension administration is accurate and compliant
* Staying ahead of legislative changes (e.g. pay reporting, living wage)

* Confidence, diplomacy, and resilience in challenging situations
* Tech-savviness, especially with Microsoft Office and HR systems
