The Job Summary:
Wrightbus is a fast-moving company which has experienced considerable growth over the last year. We’re currently seeking a Logistics Administrator to support our team by accurately and efficiently handling administrative tasks within the stores and related departments.
The Role:
* Accurately book in receipt of goods and services
* Compilation of reports for various sources into Excel using Pivot Tables, “Lookup” functions etc.
* Filing delivery docs efficiently to aid easy retrieval
* Processing cycle count sheets.
* Resolving invoice queries.
* Assist in Stock count when required.
* Log and help process Pro-forma Invoices
* Support stores by booking-in goods when necessary
* Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary
* Manage the system for booking deliveries to site
The Requirements:
* 5 GCSE’s (Grade A-C) to include Maths and English (or equivalent)
* Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
* Experience of Data Input
* Experience of 3-way matching purchase orders/ delivery notes/ invoices
* Compiling and maintaining spreadsheets
