We are looking to recruit a friendly, outgoing, and meticulous Eco Administrator to support our inbound and outbound customer contact and submissions team. This role consists of handling incoming customer communications, resolving customer queries, and collating all submission evidence and pictures for our ECO work. We provide energy efficiency and heating measures to homes in Great Britain to support individuals who receive government benefits with keeping their homes warmer and reducing energy bills and cardon emissions via the ECO4 government fund. Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Essential: 12 months experience in a customer service or ECO administration role Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with job logging / CRM software such as JobLogic, PAS Hub or similar Proficient with Microsoft Office package Desirable: Experience with or an understanding of ECO schemes and government funding for energy efficiency in residential premises Familiarity with sales reports and records Extensive customer service or administration experience Responsibilities include: Handling inbound customer calls and emails and being the first point of contact for customer enquiries. Placing outbound customer calls and emails to ensure all enquiries are handled correctly and surveying and installing activities are supported effectively. Ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and activities are carried out in a timely manner, resolving any arising issues, and preventing delays in services. Handling customer information in a professional and confidential manner. Checking and collating all picture evidence into our job files ready to be checked by the submissions manager Assisting sales and installation teams with administrative tasks as required.
