Your Housing Group has an opportunity for an experienced Night Site Supervisor based at our prestigious over 55’s retirement living village, Kingswood in Chester.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, committed to high standards, punctual, reliable, and able to manage their time effectively.
What will my working week look like?
This is a part-time role, operating for 25.67 hours per week on a 3-week rota basis, as summarized below:
Week 1: Thursday, Friday 9pm – 8am
Week 3: Monday, Saturday, Sunday 9pm – 8am
What will I be responsible for doing?
You will supervise the building and facilities overnight, respond to housing emergencies, and manage safety and security. You will ensure excellent customer service, maximize performance, and support the achievement of Your Housing Group’s vision, reflecting older people's aspirations.
Other responsibilities include:
* Carrying out internal and external patrols, monitoring security systems to ensure safety.
* Controlling access, ensuring visitors sign in and out.
* Providing low-level housing support outside normal hours to ensure 24/7 access to staff, services, and facilities.
* Conducting communal cleaning and refuse management.
* Following Health & Safety procedures, effectively dealing with fire alarms and emergencies to maintain a safe environment.
