We are seeking a friendly and helpful team member with customer service experience, whether paid or voluntary, who enjoys meeting people and maintains a positive outlook. Your role involves assisting our teams in making the shop successful, primarily through collection and delivery of goods to private homes, assessing donated goods for quality, and assisting in the shop when not driving. Manual handling is a significant part of this role.
Requirements include:
* A positive attitude towards customer service
* A full and current driving license
* A passion for charity retailing
* Knowledge of the local area
* The ability to be adaptable and think on your feet
