Head of Contract Recruitment
Location: Worcestershire / Gloucestershire / Herefordshire (Hybrid / Flexible)
Salary: £30-45K, with uncapped commission & benefits

We've been recruiting across the Three Counties and beyond for over 40 years, and we're now ready to take our Contract Recruitment offering to the next level. While we've successfully delivered contract placements before, we don't have a dedicated specialist driving it forward. That's where you come in.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contract Recruiter - ideally with a proven track record in Engineering or IT - to build something from the ground up. You'll have access to our extensive database of existing clients (some of whom already have contract requirements you can tap into), but you'll also need to be proactive, targeting and winning new business to grow the desk.
Once established, this role offers the chance to recruit and lead your own team of Contract Recruiters, shaping and growing an entire Contract Division within Hewett Recruitment.
What you'll bring:
1. A strong track record in Contract Recruitment, ideally in Engineering or IT.
2. Expert knowledge of the legislative and compliance requirements of Contract Recruitment.
3. The drive and tenacity to build a successful desk from scratch.
4. Proven success in proactive business development, using a variety of approaches - from the phone to networking to targeted campaigns.
5. A passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
