About The Role
Join our dynamic Hire Team, to assist in maintaining our range of units to establish faults and repair.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare all welfare units for hire.
* Record all UCS Out sheets and UCS In sheets.
* Perform all six‑month towing inspections.
* Perform diagnostics/resolutions to call‑outs over the phone with customers, prior to site visits.
* Attend to any breakdowns providing swift and efficient repairs.
* Complete all breakdown reports through the works order form, identifying chargeable breakdowns to customers.
* Adhere to the asset quality preparation guide.
* Innovate and suggest improvements for the welfare units and the service provided.
About You
* An all‑rounder who can turn their hand to most jobs.
* Adaptable, organised with a keen attitude.
* Self‑motivated with good DIY skills and the ability to work in a team or on own initiative.
* A “fix it first time” approach is necessary for the successful candidate.
* Experience in site accommodation hire, installation and maintenance would be extremely beneficial.
