We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s Franchised Car Dealer in Ripon. Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £65,000 OTE.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage and motivate a small team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
* Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
* Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
* Sell and Buy Vehicles
Requirements
* Have a proven track record within a management role, amongst the Automotive sector.
* Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
* Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
