Bookkeeper – Full-Time (Office Based)
Location: Willerby, Hull
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Holiday: 20 days paid holiday + 8 bank holidays

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at The Papas Group in an office-based role. The brands we operate include Papa’s Fish & Chips, Wendys and Wetherspoons.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic group of hospitality businesses, supporting our finance function with day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll tasks and reporting direct to our Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing
• Support month-end reporting and VAT returns
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers

Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience in bookkeeping
• Preferably with payroll experience
• Proficient in Sage, Oracle, and Netsuite
• Strong computer literacy and Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
