The Lead Creative - Digital Original Content role will implement the development and production of Aardman’s digital‑first original content slate, supporting and extending existing characters and IP while developing new IP aligned with Aardman’s creative strategy. Working within the strategic direction set by the Digital and Creative leadership teams, this role champions and oversees the delivery of original digital series for YouTube, TikTok, audio, and emerging social video ecosystems, building a pipeline that incorporates both live action and animation techniques to incubate new ideas, characters and formats.
Responsibilities
Oversee the end‑to‑end production of digital series, managing creative teams and ensuring the delivery of content that meets both digital and broadcast standards. Champion creative development for emerging platforms, building a robust pipeline that balances live action and animation to innovate new formats and IP.
Qualifications
Proven experience delivering a slate of digital series and leading creative teams. Strong end‑to‑end production knowledge across digital and broadcast standards, with a passion for social video. A regular consumer of YouTube and other social media platforms, with a genuine enthusiasm for comedy and animation.
