Role Overview
As F&F Brand Team Manager, you will ideally have a fashion background with visual merchandising, customer service and team management experience. You will maintain high operational standards, ensure strong visual presentation, and manage day‑to‑day store operations. You will drive sales, launch trade events, support weekly promotions, and lead a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
* Recruit and train the best people for your team, developing their operational and leadership skills.
* Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products, building the brand and providing outstanding customer service.
* Lead trading activity, growing sales and maximizing profit through expert trade knowledge.
* Ensure workplace safety, coaching the team to use all security tools and comply with legal requirements.
* Manage colleague schedules, ensuring the right people are in the right place in accordance with the operation and trade plan.
* Oversee the end‑to‑end operation, managing stock from backdoor to shopfloor.
* Motivate the team to hit key metrics, including RFID routines, availability, delivery schedules and stock routines.
* Maintain high store standards – always clean, tidy, merchandised and presented to F&F principles and standards.
* Act as a brand ambassador, executing commercial strategies and maintaining displays that consistently align with brand identity.
* Conduct daily floor walks, outlining tasks for the team and delivering practical actions for improvement.
* Analyse product performance and sales data to refine visual merchandising strategies and optimise promotional initiatives.
* Perform market research, analysing trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour (including social media and F&F online).
* Use commercial insight to identify the local customer base, adjusting product placement and lead‑ins to drive traffic.
* Curate impactful visual displays and a welcoming store atmosphere in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
* Build strong relationships with your team, wider store staff and the department manager, sharing feedback and future opportunities.
