Managing a team of Site Services Engineers – delegating and prioritising maintenance works.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee Gas Systems, HVAC Systems, Drainage & Effluent, Building & Facilities, Infrastructure, Boiler and Steam systems, and Compressed air systems.
* Organise and manage all third-party contractors.
* Ensure compliance across the site, including regular inspections such as legionella levels.
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance overall site efficiency, including energy reduction and waste management.
* Manage related projects and continuous improvement programmes.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
* Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at all times.
* Ensure all Department Systems & Policies are in place and followed.
* Maintain safety & quality standards and monitor technical systems to support due diligence in food safety or quality issues.
Qualifications:
* Time Served, qualified to minimum HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline.
* Good communication skills with the ability to manage a team of engineers and contractors.
Experience:
* Experience in a senior Site Services, Utilities, or Facilities role, preferably with knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
