About Us
RMLFS, Scaffold Management, and 4CM are part of a growing group of specialist construction companies, delivering projects across commercial roofing, scaffolding, and construction fit-outs. We pride ourselves on safety, quality, and building long-term client relationships.
After 10 years of outsourcing Health & Safety, we are now creating an in-house role for a Group Health & Safety Manager. This is an opportunity to make a huge impact, shaping H&S strategy across the group while remaining hands-on in the field.

* Hard-working and resilient, not afraid to get stuck in
* A confident communicator who can influence at all levels — from apprentices to directors

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Health & Safety strategy across RMLFS, Scaffold Management, and 4CM
* Ensure compliance with all relevant UK construction, roofing, and scaffolding legislation
* Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and accident investigations
* Develop, implement, and review H&S policies, procedures, and training
* Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety workshops
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies (HSE), and insurers
* Support bid and tender submissions with strong H&S input
* Promote and embed a positive safety culture across all companies in the group
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in Health & Safety within construction / built environment
* Proven knowledge of roofing and scaffolding H&S regulations (essential)
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
* Member of IOSH or similar professional body
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to travel nationally across the UK
* A proactive, pragmatic, and solutions-focused mindset
Why Join Us?
* Take ownership of H&S across a fast-growing group of companies
* Replace outsourced provision and make the role your own
* Competitive salary + car allowance + benefits
* High-level role with direct access to directors
* A supportive, ambitious environment with real opportunity to grow
