We are looking for a commercially minded Influencer Marketing Executive to help us scale our creator ecosystem and drive revenue through TikTok Shop. This is an opportunity for someone who understands creators, trends, performance, and sales, and wants to play a major role in the growth of a fast‑moving brand.
Key responsibilities
* Identify, recruit, and grow a high‑performing network of TikTok Shop creators and affiliates
* Build relationships with rising and established creators across TikTok and Instagram
* Launch and manage creator campaigns designed to drive sales
* Brief creators clearly and manage delivery against deadlines and brand standards
* Track creator and campaign performance using TikTok Shop Affiliate tools and internal reporting
* Analyse revenue, conversion, and ROI data to improve performance
* Manage the creator lifecycle from outreach and onboarding to reactivation and long‑term partnership development
* Work closely with the wider team to share learnings and scale what works
Requirements
* Team management experience
* Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or marketing
* Ideally, experience in social media, creator marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or TikTok Shop
* Strong commercial instincts
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
* Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator culture, and short‑form content
* Motivated by results, ownership, and high standards
