1. Lead the creation and delivery of a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive growth and strengthen brand positioning.
2. Own and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across performance and brand activity.
3. Drive acquisition through paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), optimising for ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
4. Build and execute a retention strategy using CRM, email, SMS, and loyalty programmes.
5. Collaborate with trading, operations, and product teams to align campaigns with launches and commercial goals.
