🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (1-2 days WFH once trained)

💷 Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 DOE + performance bonuses

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as the go-to contact for tenants and landlords, offering expert property advice.
* Managing tenancy lifecycles – from onboarding to end-of-tenancy procedures.
* Handling maintenance coordination and ensuring all legal/compliance standards are met.
* Conducting inspections and advising landlords on repairs and improvements.
* Guiding junior team members and contributing to a high-performing team environment.
✔️ What You’ll Bring:
* At least 1 year of hands-on property management experience.
* Confidence in managing a portfolio and resolving tenant/landlord issues.
* A highly organised and detail-focused approach to work.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset.
