Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Winchester. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include providing timely responses to emails and phone calls, offering product information and recommendations, processing orders and returns, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The representative will also work closely with other team members to continually improve our customer service processes.
