Overview
Our client is an event & exhibition design agency that buzzes with passion and innovation and looking to hire a Project Administrator to work for this amazing design studio bursting with ideas & creativity. This is a full time studio based role.
Responsibilities
* Receive project briefs from the project team and ensure they are understood and scheduled, liaising with the Project team where necessary.
* Review and communicate job briefs to the installation team.
* Take customer inquiries over the phone and ensure all relevant information is entered onto company databases correctly.
Qualifications
* Experience managing or administering projects in retail, design, graphics or event installations, ideally within a creative agency setting.
