About the role:
The Education Adviser's key purpose is to be the first line of quality control and ensure that the learners we work with are attending, engaged and progressing within their placements.
As an Education Adviser you will work closely with our tutors during their placements and have the opportunity to make a huge impact on a daily basis.
You will collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and take responsibility for your own region. You will analyse data driven insights, observe lessons and track outcomes in order to identify areas of improvement or concern.
