Job Description
3. Manage HR operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
4. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and managers
5. Maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data
6. Coordinate and implement HR projects to meet strategic business goals
7. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
8. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
9. Conduct training sessions on HR practices and procedures
10. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements relating to HR
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. A CIPD qualification or hands on HR Advisory experience
12. Knowledge of HR practices and employment law
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
