To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for an Assistant, Insights to join our team based in our London office.
Key Responsibilities
The Assistant, Insights is an entry-level position that will support the Insights team across its content output and consultancy projects for luxury clients. The Assistant will work with the team to ensure the smooth running of the division in daily tasks, while keeping up to date with the latest trends happening in culture. The candidate should have strong writing, research and analytical skills, with a finger on the pulse when it comes to what’s new and next, especially when it comes to online and social media trends.
* Help with secondary research that’s targeted to the projects the team is working on
* Actively participate in team brainstorms
* Support with data collection and cleaning.
* Help creatively interpret data
* Assist with image research and requests
* Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and updates for team and client calls
* Handle room bookings, meeting co-ordination and
* Admin tasks such as keeping the content calendar up to date, monitoring report downloads and qualifying leads
Key Attributes
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience interning in marketing or public relations, either in an internship, assistant level role at an agency or at a luxury brand
* English as a first language preferred - additional languages are advantageous
* An avid researcher, fascinated by the new and how it informs the next
* An understanding and active interest in consumer behaviour and local trends across global regions
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Natural planner and organiser
* Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously to deliver brief and on-time
* A positive, can-do attitude who can work under pressure and likes to solve problems
* An open attitude and eagerness to learn new things
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Suite (InDesign and Photoshop a plus, but not a must)
* Must be eligible to work in the UK
