Overview
In your new role as a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under your own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
* Ensure cleaning equipment and chemicals are used and stored safely, follow Health and Safety requirements and meet all SLAs.
* Work as part of a team and/or independently, take initiative where appropriate.
* Build positive relationships with customers and deliver high-quality customer service.
* Identify opportunities to improve cleaning processes and service delivery.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Ability to communicate and read basic English.
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
* Flexible approach to the role; open, honest, self-driven and determined.
* Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
