Lutine Bell is currently partnering with a well‑established pensions provider to appoint a Legal Counsel specialising in Commercial law. This role offers broad exposure across commercial and investment matters, with the opportunity to shape legal support within a complex and evolving business.
Key responsibilities include but not limited too:
* Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice on commercial and investment matters.
* Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
* Identify and manage legal risks, including supporting on disputes where needed.
* Monitor relevant legislation and regulatory changes impacting the business.
Requirements:
* Qualified lawyer (UK) with strong post‑qualification experience in commercial, corporate or financial services legal work.
* Experience advising on commercial contracts, procurement, investments, data protection, litigation or other relevant commercial law areas.
