Due to an increase in workload, we are currently looking for an Asset Administrator for a position based in Northwood
We’re looking for a highly organised Asset Administrator to take ownership of data, reporting, and system accuracy across our facilities operations.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Maintain and update asset records across CAFM systems and databases
2. Support seamless asset data handovers through change management
3. Ensure structured, audit-ready digital and paper filing systems
4. Deliver accurate reports across Asset Management and client requirements
5. Collaborate with operational teams to keep asset data current and reliable
6. Identify risks to data integrity and escalate where needed
7. Produce weekly/monthly performance reports
8. Provide meeting support, including minute taking
9. Support general admin and facilities coordination tasks
What we’re looking for:
10. Building Maintenance Experience essential
11. Detail-driven with strong data management skills
12. Strong excel experience
13. Confident working across multiple systems and stakeholders
14. Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a busy environment
15. Previous SC or DV MOD Clearance beneficial, not essential but the ability to pass UK SC checking is essential
16. Due to the nature and security level of the site only UK Passport holders can apply
