Senior Service Contracts Co-Ordinator Senior Service Contracts Coordinator Salary: £39,322 to £49,153 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent Location: Mariner House, Dartford / Hybrid We’re currently looking for a Senior Service Contracts Coordinator to join our team! You’ll be the go‑to lead for all of our non‑building safety service contracts — making sure servicing programmes, inspections, and compliance work are delivered to a high standard, on time, and with accurate documentation. From managing contractors and budgets, to supporting customers and ensuring our data is spot‑on, you’ll play a key role in keeping our homes safe and our colleagues informed.
