Park View Nursing Home is a purpose-built luxury care home overlooking Princes Park in Liverpool. Set on a quiet, tree-lined road close to Sefton Park, it offers a calm, welcoming environment with thoughtfully designed facilities that support comfort, dignity and a genuine sense of home throughout.
As Care Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for how the home runs, from care quality and compliance to occupancy and performance. You will need to be CQC registered and comfortable working within regulation, but the focus is on creating a safe, well-led home where people genuinely feel at ease.
You will be fully supported by a dedicated Operations Manager, together with an established on-site leadership and support team, including the Deputy Manager, nursing team, Administrator, and housekeeping colleagues.
This role isnt for the average manager its for someone ready to take ownership, innovate, and lead a care home to excellence.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Key duties and responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the homes staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
Manage the homes budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the homes services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.
Education and qualification NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience
