Female Mental Health Support Worker Location - Blackpool £13.50 per hour Role Description – Female Mental Health Support Worker This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1. Due to the nature of the role and the needs of the people we support, we can only accept applications from females for this position. Gray Healthcare are recruiting a female mental health support workers within the Blackpool area to support female in her 20's who has a diagnosis of EUPD who lives independently in his own home receiving 2:1 support 24 hours a day. The person we support enjoys swimming, aerial hoop and listening to music Female Mental Health Support Worker Required Skills and Experience * Social care experience, ideally within mental health and with some experience of supporting individuals with EUPD * Experience providing encouragement to a person with complex health needs and Learning Disabilities. * Experience supporting individuals with behaviours which may be considered challenging. * Experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments. * You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months.
