The newly established College of Leadership and Innovation brings together a diverse range of disciplines aimed at addressing contemporary global and professional challenges. It encompasses subject areas including aviation, business and leadership, finance, law, security, tourism, and hospitality. As we continue to shape the College’s academic vision and research agenda, we are particularly interested in candidates whose expertise aligns with one or more of the following priority areas: aviation, business and leadership, or security.
We recognise that, as a new College, detailed public information may be limited at this stage. Hence, we welcome enquiries from individuals whose academic profile and interests clearly align with the College’s core themes and who are enthusiastic about contributing to its growth and development
The post holder will be responsible for delivering our research strategy and establishing and sustaining a vibrant research community within the College, whilst also leading on the College approach to RDAP, REF, and KEF – they will also be responsible for their own research through outputs and research income.
They will support the Dean in leading the College in alignment with the strategic objectives of the University, ensuring an excellent experience for students and staff. They will practice an inclusive approach and support building an inclusive university community where people can be themselves.
