Facilities Team Member
Hours and Rota: 37.5 hours per week. The role requires working an 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Salary: £25,699 - £28,586 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.
Essential: A full driving license valid for driving in the UK.
What you'll be doing as a Facilities Team Member:
* Resolving general maintenance issues including basic plastering, window and door repairs, electrical changes, and basic plumbing.
* Responding to Health and Safety related calls.
* Completing planned inspections and addressing any remedial works.
* Logging maintenance issues and following up accordingly.

* A passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on the student experience.
* Experience in general maintenance, with desirable skills in plumbing and electrical work.
* Experience in a customer-facing role.
