Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Assistant to join our Employee Services Team on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave until February 2027. You will be required to work at the Eastbourne District General Hospital site.
Responsibilities
* Respond to employee relations enquiries received via telephone and email.
* Organise key HR meetings within required timeframes.
* Process subject access requests.
* Maintain accurate HR records.
* Manage HR documentation.
* Update information across internal systems and databases.
Qualifications
* Experience of HR procedures.
* Ability to manage a varied workload efficiently and to a high standard.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good IT proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Sound understanding of HR terminology.
